Straps: Our watch straps are composed of either leather or stainless steel. To clean these straps, simply use soapy water with a toothbrush, then pat dry with a soft cloth.
Overall: It's crucial to avoid using abrasive chemicals when cleaning the watch. Direct exposure to substances like solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetics should also be prevented as these can potentially harm the watch.
Indeed, all of our watch straps are designed to be easily interchangeable.
They can be effortlessly removed and replaced using just your fingers. To detach a watch strap, we suggest using your forefinger to pull the rounded spring toward you.
Indeed, watches with a 5 ATM water resistance rating can be worn for everyday activities such as washing hands, participating in sports, showering, or swimming in shallow water.
However, for activities like bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or any other activity leading to prolonged underwater submersion, a watch with a 5 ATM rating is not recommended.

Belmont Collection offers a full refund for products returned within 100 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or watches with removed plastic covers from the top, back, or crown are not eligible for returns.
It's important that items are returned unused and in their original packaging. If a returned item is deemed unacceptable due to its condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back.

We provide a 100-day return window from the date you receive your purchase.
However, please be informed that used items, along with watches from which the protective plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown, are ineligible for returns.
Upon receiving your return, it generally takes up to 10 business days for us to process it. Once our warehouse acknowledges and accepts your return, a refund will be initiated to the original payment account.
Please be aware that it might take an additional 1-3 banking days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
We take immense pride in the exceptional quality of our timepieces, and as a testament to our confidence, each watch is accompanied by a comprehensive 2-year warranty.
This warranty encompasses all internal components of the watch.
Please note that the warranty does not extend to the following:
Battery life
Normal wear and tear or aging, including but not limited to: scratched crystals, alterations in color or material of non-metallic straps and chains (e.g., leather, textile, rubber), or degradation of plating
Any damage to any part of the watch arising from improper or abusive use, inadequate care, negligence, or accidents, such as impacts, dents, crushing, or broken crystals.

We ship all our products from Australia.

We will accommodate cancellation requests and provide a full refund if we are able to process them before the order leaves our logistics center. Regrettably, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
The delivery time is 3 – 7 business days after we receive an order.
