We will accommodate cancellation requests and provide a full refund if we are able to process them before the order leaves our logistics center. Regrettably, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
Belmont Collection offers a full refund for products returned within 60 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or watches with removed plastic covers from the top, back, or crown are not eligible for returns.
It's important that items are returned unused and in their original packaging. If a returned item is deemed unacceptable due to its condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back.
